My name is Massimiliano Herbert Kaiser, and after completing my high school diploma, I decided to pursue an innovative education in the world of food to develop values such as sustainability and food sovereignty, understanding all its phases, from production to consumption.
In 2022, I graduated from the prestigious University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo (CN).
It was an exciting experience, a continuation of the lifestyle I had been accustomed to since childhood: I was able to study what interested me most, in an international environment within the walls of a royal Savoy castle, recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage site.
Food as nourishment of body and soul
I am convinced that food is a bridge between people and cultures, a way to connect and better understand the world around us. I am interested in the history and evolution of traditional dishes, artisanal production techniques, and the use of local and seasonal ingredients.
