The Bees
My passion for bees and beekeeping originates from my childhood; I have always grown up close to nature, and from a young age, I helped my father harvest honey from the hive.
As soon as the bees produce the honey, we extract it through a simple centrifuge process, allow it to settle in the maturation tanks, and then jar it.
The process begins in May with acacia, followed by chestnut and lime, and ends with wildflower honey.
During the rhododendron blooming period in June-July, the hives are moved to the Alpine slopes most exposed to the sun, at altitudes between 900 and 1500 meters. In some cases, the bees can fly as high as 2000 meters to collect the nectar from these flowers in these absolutely unspoiled areas.
We are committed to providing high-quality, pure honey with distinct organoleptic properties, capable of satisfying a wide range of dietary needs: mountain honey rich in polyphenols, acacia honey with a sweet taste, chestnut honey with a strong flavor, and lime honey for intestinal flora.
Our honey is a healthy, nutritious product, rich in vitamins and minerals, that contributes to the overall well-being of consumers. For us, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
Unlike what happens in large-scale distribution, our honey is extracted manually, without the addition of water or sugar. We follow a completely natural production process and guarantee the absence of chemical additives to ensure a product of excellent quality.
The hives are carefully monitored to ensure the well-being of the bees and to prevent the onset of diseases. Additionally, we promote sustainable practices to safeguard the health of the surrounding environment. Our goal is to preserve biodiversity and maintain the quality of the honey we produce.
