A tomato puree without equal, which combines three tomatoes (ox heart, roma, date), in a single jar, creating an explosion of flavours that tell of history and tradition.
Composed 100% from tomatoes grown in our fields naturally, this delicacy contains no salt, preservatives or additives.
Due to its careful processing, the passata has a vibrant red colour and an incredibly creamy texture. Moreover, being free of vegetation water released by the tomato during the preparation process, it does not have that typical acidity or bitter taste often found in preserves. Its silky texture and the authentic taste will make it fit perfectly with your pasta, without the need for a long cooking time.
It is the passata to always have in the pantry for a quick dish or to prepare traditional Italian dishes.

RICH IN ANTIOXIDANTS
The tomato is one of the symbols of our Mediterranean diet, rich in micronutrients and antioxidants, and low in calories.
It is one of the best sources of carotenoids, especially lycopene, the well-known pigment that gives the typical red colour and has powerful antioxidant properties. Scientific evidence shows that lycopene and other carotenoid antioxidants are better absorbed by the body when tomatoes are cooked.
Tomato puree, being cooked, has more available quantities of this antioxidant than normal tomatoes.
The antioxidants present counteract oxidative stress, protect eyes and skin, fight osteoporosis and have cardioprotective action.
