        An all-round Food Studies degree course

        My path stems from a deep connection with the land, its rhythms and that sense of authenticity that I have breathed since I was a child.

        To explore this vision, I trained at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, founded by Carlo Petrini, the creator of the Slow Food movement, and housed in a UNESCO-recognised Savoy castle: a place where agriculture, gastronomic culture and sustainability coexist in harmony.

        I graduated in 2022, at the end of an exciting experience that consolidated my understanding of food as an agricultural, cultural and human value.

        Today, I run Kaiser Farmhouse with the intention of preserving and enhancing this heritage: a contemporary farmhouse where nature, craftsmanship and hospitality intertwine to offer an authentic and harmonious experience.

        Food as nourishment for body and soul

        I deeply believe in the value of choosing high quality food, produced in an ethical and sustainable way, respecting nature and animal welfare. For me, food is a bridge between people and cultures: a universal language capable of uniting, telling and making the world around us better understood.

        I am fascinated by the history and evolution of traditional dishes, artisanal techniques, the use of local and seasonal ingredients, elements that preserve identity, territory and memory.

        My education in Gastronomic Sciences has allowed me to learn more about the nutritional properties of food and the best practices to consciously produce, process and preserve it. Hence my decision to dedicate my career to the promotion of sustainable agriculture and a short supply chain: a commitment to a future that is fairer, respectful of the planet and capable of generating both individual and collective wellbeing.

        Our philosophy stems from the conviction that healthy, authentic, high-quality food is a true source of well-being for body and soul.
        Choosing our products means supporting natural agricultural production that respects the earth and promotes a healthier and more conscious lifestyle.

        We strive to maintain a short supply chain, processing only fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables, picked at the ideal time of ripeness and processed within hours. Our recipes are rooted in tradition, while the use of modern techniques and equipment allows us to preserve authentic flavour, nutritional value and high quality standards.

        The raw materials come from cultivations that are cultivated using natural methods and from soils that we personally care for every day. Every stage of production is handled with artisanal care: from the careful selection of fruit and vegetables to manual processing and slow cooking at low temperatures, always without added sugar, preservatives or colouring agents.

        The result is a line of genuine products that tell of our land, our daily work and the constant search for quality.
