        Organic Jerusalem artichoke cream

        12,00

Lightness, taste and well-being are the key words of this soft, enveloping cream.
The Jerusalem artichoke, also known as the German turnip or Jerusalem artichoke, is native to the grasslands of the North America and Canada where it grew wild as it does today in our plains. The tuber resembles the artichoke in taste and the potato in texture, it is rich in beneficial properties and low in calories.
Delicious and fragrant on bread croutons, the cream of this tuber is perfectly suited as a condiment for pasta or to enrich a risotto, making it even creamier and tastier.

        HEALTH AND DIET ALLY

Jerusalem artichoke is perfect for those who want to lose weight and improve intestinal health.
Rich in soluble dietary fibre (inulin), it promotes the development of bifido-bacteria and lactobacilli to the detriment of potentially pathogenic bacteria, performing a probiotic action and thus enhancing immune-stimulating activity.
Due to its low glycaemic index compared to other tubers, it is an ideal choice in low-calorie diets, enriching the diet with valuable vitamins and nutrients.
It is recommended to drink plenty of water before and after eating Jerusalem artichokes, as the inulin present in it, combined with water, generates a satisfying feeling of satiety.
