      Today, these foods are an integral part of the region's gastronomic heritage and are often offered as a feast day dish.

      With the arrival of the autumn season, nature dresses itself in its most vibrant colours, offering a true spectacle of foliage and delicious fruit: chestnuts.

      Every weekend in October and November, there will be exclusive gastronomic events dedicated to autumn flavours. Delight your palate with our special menus created for the occasion:

      Chestnuts freshly cooked with our chestnut cooker, harvested from the estate's grove and served with wine from organic farming
      Chestnut cake and autumn sweets, tradition reinterpreted with elegance
      Pumpkin and chestnut soup with chamomile flowers, a meeting of fragrances and delicacy
      Rum persimmon cream with pomegranate seeds, a sweet and surprising ending
