We build a future
best
KAISER KÜCHE is much more than a company that produces high-quality, sustainable and healthy food.
It is a project and a philosophy that focuses on the welfare of animals and the planet.
For this reason, we have chosen to adopt an exclusively vegetarian approach, in order to offer products that are not only of high quality, but also of ethical and social value.
We are what
we eat
The course of study I have undertaken has enabled me to develop a holistic view of nutrition and to understand the importance of selecting excellent quality plant-based foods for individual and collective wellbeing. Thanks to this learning pathway, I have acquired a solid understanding of the interactions between diet, health and the environment.

Bees, honey
and the biodiversity
Bees play a strategic role in the conservation of flora, contributing to the enhancement and maintenance of biodiversity.
In addition to producing honey, flying from flower to flower, they are responsible for 70% the pollination of all plant species and, consequently, the formation of fruit. Without pollination, there would be no crops.
My passion for bees and beekeeping has its origins in my childhood; I have always grown up in contact with nature and, even as a child, I used to help my father extract honeycomb from the hive.
As soon as the bees produce honey, we extract it by a simple centrifugal process, let it decant in ripeners and then pot it.
It starts in May with acacia, then moves on to chestnut and linden, and ends with millefiori.
During the rhododendron flowering period in June-July, the hives are taken to the most sun-exposed Alpine slopes, at altitudes between 900 and 1500 m. In some cases, bees can fly up to over 2000 m to collect the nectar of this flower in these absolutely untouched areas.
