PROTECTS THE IMMUNE SYSTEM
Cabbage, rich in water and fibre, is considered a nutritionally dense food due to its anti-inflammatory and immune system defence properties.
It is a very valuable vegetable due to its important content of antioxidants, provitamin A far superior to other varieties, and vitamin C, which is always very important in winter, but also polyphenols, potassium, calcium and phosphorus.
